Since its conception, Chad has acted in an advisory capacity to Roundtable Associates in the development of specific large-scale campaigns, encompassing market research, planning and creation of TV commercials, print ads and support materials for the US and Japanese market. For over 15 years, he headed the award-winning creative staff of CDP Japan, a full-service agency specializing in international advertising for Japanese products, domestic advertising for foreign products, development of brand and corporate identity programs, and corporate communications media. He was instrumental in expanding the company's e-media capabilities, and was also involved in account development and determination of company direction. His forte is adapting global corporate and brand identity strategies to the unique characteristics of diverse cultures and regions.
